We strongly recommend using Google Chrome as it offers the best compatibility with GAE. Google Chrome is also currently the only browser that supports offline calendaring.

Share your calendar out to the person to whom you are delegating control with "Make changes AND manage sharing" permissions.

Select "Find a time" when creating a calendar entry.

Click on a calendar entry and select "copy to my calendar".
